A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Tuesday, October 8th at 12:53 a.m. in the parking lot of the Pine Motel on Route 130 after a random check revealed that the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer determined he was the registered owner of the vehicle, identified as Marshall W. McAllister, 31 years old of Palmyra. In addition to the suspended license, McAllister was wanted on a warrant issued by Wrightstown Municipal Court, but was also a Wanted Person being sought by Burlington Township Police Department. A passenger in the vehicle, Joseph Cristinzio, 4th, 29 years old of Delran, was wanted on a warrant issued by Camden City Municipal Court. As a result, both subjects were arrested. During the arrest procedure, Cristinzio was found to have drug paraphernalia in his possession, including a hypodermic needle. Officers transported both subject to headquarters for processing where McAllister was issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended and turned over to Burlington Township Police. Cristinzio was charged with the drug paraphernalia charges and lodged in the Burlington County Jail in lieu of bail.
