On 06/18/13, at approximately 11:26 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Old York Road, near Hedding Road. While speaking with the driver, Safwan B. Muhammad of Philadelphia, PA, he falsely identified himself as another person. Investigation revealed that Muhammad provided false information to police to hinder his own apprehension, based on the fact that there were several warrants for his arrest. Muhammad was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters where he was charged accordingly. In addition, Muhammad was issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding and driving without a license. Muhammad was later lodged in the Burlington County Jail in lieu posting bail.
