
At approximately 10:10 AM this morning, the Northern Burlington County Regional High School was notified by the district transportation department located on Route 68 that an individual was just seen jumping the fence and running towards the campus.
The school resource officer was notified and immediately responded to the area. As a precaution, the Northern Burlington High School and Middle School campus was immediately placed in a lockdown.
The individual was located and it was quickly determined this individual was a student at the high school. The school officials and police worked together to determine there was not a threat to the school and the students. The lockdown was lifted at approximately 10:30 AM and the school day resumed.
