On Tuesday, November 19th at approximately 6:20 a.m., police were dispatched to Sheffield Drive for a report of an overnight burglary to a vehicle. While investigating the incident, police received several other reports of vehicle burglaries in the Mansfield Hunt & Lynnwood Farms sections of the township (Across from Homestead Plaza II and the Country Walk development). Police investigation revealed that the majority of the vehicles entered were unlocked and the burglaries occurred overnight in the early morning hours. In some incidents, windows of locked vehicles were broken out using a blunt force object to gain entry. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 609-298-4411.
