
On Wednesday, November 13th at approximately 2:30 p.m., police arrested Lassana Farambounou, 37 years old of Bronx, NY, at the Manheim Auto Auction on Route 68 after he was found inside the auction building after previously being escorted from the premises and directed to leave the property. Farambounou was taken to the police station where he was processed, served a complaint for Defiant Trespass and released pending court.
On Thursday, November 14th at approximately 10:20 p.m., police conducted a pedestrian stop on Route 130, near Kinkora Road. The pedestrian, Stephanie A. Reeder, 23 years old of Burlington, was known by police to have active warrants. After stopping Reeder, police confirmed that she was wanted by Cinnaminson Township and Burlington City Municipal Courts. Reeder was taken into custody and a search of her person was conducted incident to the arrest. During the search, Reeder was found to be in possession of a glass pipe used for smoking crack-cocaine, and several glassine baggies containing wax paper folds with trace evidence of suspected heroin. After being transported to police headquarters, Reeder was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia. Upon completion of her arrest processing, Reeder was released pending appearances in Mansfield Township, Cinnaminson Township, and Burlington City Municipal Courts.
On Wednesday, November 15th at 4:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the cellular tower site on Columbus Road near the landfill for an attempted burglary. An authorized representative of the cellular carrier found the gate open and damage to one of the buildings. Police responded to investigate and confirmed that someone had attempted to enter the building by breaching the door. Damage was found on the door, doorframe and the handle/lock.
Police stopped a vehicle on Tuesday, November 19th at 1:39 a.m. after observing the vehicle travelling on U.S. 130 without tail lights. During the stop, police learned that the driver, Elisabel Caraballo, 27 years old of Philadelphia, PA, was wanted to warrants issued by the municipal courts of Trenton City and Hamilton Township. The officer also determined that Caraballo was driving without a license. Caraballo was arrested on the warrants and transported to police headquarters for processing. After processing, she was issued summonses for the traffic violations and later turned over to Hamilton Township Police Department to answer the warrant out of that jurisdiction.
On Wednesday, November 20th at 12:55 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle after noting an equipment violation. During the stop, it was learned that the driver was driving even though his license was expired several years ago. While speaking to the other occupants to determine if there was another driver available, police spoke with Nancy Cristinzio, 53 years old of Mansfield Township, and discovered that she was wanted on a warrant out of Delran Township. Cristinzio was arrested and take to the police station for processing. Cristinizo was later released on her own recognizance with a new court date at the direction of the Delran Township Court.
On Thursday, November 21st at 3:09 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence on Augusta Drive for a report of a vehicle crashing into a home. Upon arrival, police learned that an intoxicated male crashed the car into the garage door, then fled on foot. Officers began searching the area and located the subject, identified as Arthur W. Smith Jr., 32 years old of Trenton, walking along Route 68. Smith was transported back to the scene and was asked to perform a battery of field sobriety tests. After failing to complete the tests, Smith was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and taken to the police station for processing. In addition to the Driving While Intoxicated charge, he was also cited for Reckless Driving and Refusal to Submit a Breath Sample.
