
Police stopped a motor vehicle on Friday, June 20th at 11:40 p.m. on Route 130 for a non-moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop a check returned that the driver, Stacy McCants, 46 years old of Bordentown, was wanted on a warrant. McCants was taken into custody for processing and was later released into the custody of the Willingboro Township Police Department after receiving a motor vehicle summons.
On Saturday, June 21st at 12:43 a.m., police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot at Homestead Plaza II, off of Columbus Road. The vehicle was occupied by two subjects. Investigation revealed that the person who had driven the vehicle and parked it at the lot, Justin T. Bachman, 23 years old of Bear, DE, had consumed some amount of alcoholic beverages prior to driving. Bachman failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and was transported to police headquarters. Bachman was charged with DWI and other related charges. After processing, Bachman was released to a third party, pending court.
On Sunday, June 22nd at 4:19 p.m. police stopped a vehicle after a random check indicated that the registered owner’s driver’s license was suspended. During the motor vehicle stop, a check returned that the driver, Cuseno Peterson, 35 years old of Trenton, was a wanted person out of Bucks County, PA. Peterson was taken into custody and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Peterson was then transported to the Burlington County Jail.
On Wednesday, June 25th at 12:31 p.m. police were dispatched to Manheim Auto Auction for a report of a trespasser being escorted off of the property by security. While being escorted off of the property a physical altercation occurred between security and Lennox Norville, 26 years old of Laurelton, NY. Upon police arrival, all subjects were separated and Norville was taken into custody for trespassing. Norville was later released on a summons, pending a court appearance.
Police performed a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street on Thursday, June 26th at 9:43 p.m. for a non-moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop a check revealed that a passenger of the vehicle, William Trump. Jr., 32 years old of Bordentown, was wanted on a criminal warrant. Trump was then taken into custody for processing and later released into the custody of the Burlington Township Police Department.
On Monday, June 30th at 6:00 a.m. police performed a motor vehicle stop on Route 206 for a moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop, a check of the driver, Guy Higgins, 48 years old of Summers Point, revealed he was wanted on a criminal warrant. Higgins was then taken into custody for processing and was later transported to Burlington County Jail after receiving a motor vehicle summons.
