On Wednesday, June 19th at approximately 9:00 a.m., one of our officers was at the NADE Auto Auction on Route 68 when he noticed a male subject walking along White Pine Road where pedestrian travel is uncommon. The subject left the roadway and approached the fence, where he bypassed it to illegally gain entry onto the property. The subject, identified as Mostafa Rasulzada of Newark, DE, was confronted by the officer and taken into custody for defiant criminal trespassing. Once Rasulzada’s identity was confirmed, he was processed at the scene and issued a complaint for the offense. Rasulzada was escorted from the property and released on his own recognizance pending court.
