On Friday, October, 11th at 6:42 a.m., police were dispatched to Sherwood Drive for a report of a vehicle theft. Upon meeting the victim, police learned that during the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the garage and stole a 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan. Investigation revealed other items were also stolen from a Toyota Matrix that was parked in the driveway and unlocked.
While on scene of that incident, police were dispatched to 3 other residents on Sherwood Drive for reports of burglaries to vehicles. In two of those incidents the suspect(s) gained entry by throwing a rock through the window of the vehicle and then stole various items. It was also discovered that the garage of one of the victims was entered and items were removed.
